Personal Training Rates:

All PT sessions are 60 minutes and one-on-one. We will create and tailor the right prgram for your body. 

GymWERK Rates: 

All GymWERK sessions are 60 minutes. Calsses will foucs on gaining mass and muscle building and core conditoning. Groups will be limited up to 6 students per class onlye. 

GYM-Amenties includes towel service, shower, locker and locker
