WERKout's TRX boot camps at Dolores park combines suspension training, sprints, partner training and plyometrics for an intense, full-body workout.
Locations and Times
Dolores Park – Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays at 8AM | Saturdays at 10AM
2275 Market street (indoor GymWERK) – Tuesdays and Thursdays 6AM and 7AM
Please bring yoga mat and workout gloves. Check Email before your scheduled boot camp session. Please visit the WERKout! Store for on-going classes.
