BOOT CAMP

Choose one of the memberships to start your fitness goals:

WERKout's boot camps combines suspension training, sprints, partner training and plyometrics for an intense, full-body workout.

Small classes of up to 16 students allow trainers to shower personal attention on each participant. Because you can squeeze your workout in at any of WERKout's 2 locations — Dolores Park, and the Embarcadero — you won't be tempted to skip.

Locations and Times

Dolores Park – Mondays and Wednesday @ 8:15AM | Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15AM and 7AM | Fridays 7AM
*Embarcadero – Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:45 PM

Please bring yoga mat and workout gloves. Classes will be cancelled if it's raining hard. If no one has sign up by 10 PM the class in the morning will be cancelled. Check Email an hour before your scheduled boot camp session. Please visit the WERKout! Store for on-going classes.

*No Embarcadero boot camp from Novemeber-January. Resume date TBD.

We WERK rain or shine! Yes, your hair will get wet! Since each of our personal trainers has his own routine, you'll never get bored! We'll make sure that you'll be gossiping about our boot camps to all your boyfriends and gurlfriends! Now let's SHUT UP and WEEEEEEEEERRRRKKKKKout!!!
