WERKout's boot camps combines suspension training, sprints, partner training and plyometrics for an intense, full-body workout.
Small classes of up to 16 students allow trainers to shower personal attention on each participant. Because you can squeeze your workout in at any of WERKout's 3 locations — Dolores Park, Castro and the Embarcadero — you won't be tempted to skip.

Embarcadero – Wednesday's @ 5:30PM-6:30PM
Corona Heights -Saturday's @ 10AM-11AM
Please bring yoga mat and workout gloves. Classes will be cancelled if it's only raining hard. If no one has sign up by 10 PM the class in the morning will be cancelled. Check Email before your scheduled boot camp session. Please visit the WERKout! Store for on-going classes.
